The representative of the private partner within the Public – Private Partnership project for dialysis services in Moldova intends to encourage the journalists and bloggers to write about the partnership for development of ialysis services (12 topics for selection are attached). With that purpose, it launches the competition “Partnership for life. 2016 Edition”.
Conditions
- Journalists and bloggers are invited to submit, until October 3, 2016, their own articles and materials specified in section 2, published in the period July 18 – October 3, 2016, to be assessed by the competition jury.
- Type of material: opinion articles and editorials are not accepted, only reportages, interviews, developed news, photo reportages, broadcasts.
- Each competitor should submit a minimum of three materials to enter in the competition, in one of the four categories of competition (see below the categories and the evaluation criteria for each of them). Competitors can participate only in one category.
Premiums:
As a result of jury evaluation, five winners will be selected,
First place – 10 000 lei
Second place – 5000 lei
Third place – 2500 lei
Calendar of the competition:
August 3, 2016: launching the competition
October 3, 2016: time limit for joining the competition
August 3 – October 3: development of competition
October 4 – 10: jury evaluation
October 14: winners awarding event
Categories :
- Audio media – at least three materials registered in the competition
- Video media – at least three materials registered in the competition
- Written and online media – at least three materials registered in the competition
- Blogs – at least three materials registered in the competition
Total, five winners will be chosen for all categories.
Competition topics:
Participants can address any subject related to dialysis services within the Private – Public Partnership project (or to choose from the topics, proposed by organizers).
Registration in the competition:
The competitors shall present the materials, until October 3, 2016, at the address: concurs@dializa.md. The email shall include the following:
- registration form, filled in by the competitor;
- minimum 3 personal materials, published between July 18 and the date of registration in the contest, but no later than October 3, 2016. Materials should be in PDF Word, audio or video format, upon case. If the materials cannot be sent by email, they could be loaded on a public platform for large files transfer, for example: wetransfer.com or other similar.

If there is no active link to published material, it shall be sent in hard copy (publications) to the address: #77, of.6, Vlaicu Pârcălab Street, Chisinau
Evaluation Criteria:
- accuracy of information and objectivity of approach
- originality in handling the subject
- language accessibility
- impact
- number of visualizing / accesses
- comments to the topic
- number of material in the broadcast / page number in the newspaper / box, where article was placed online.
- audience / readers / listeners feedback
- Promotion of materials on social media (social networks: Facebook, Twitter, Odnoklassniki etc.
- The text accompanying link shall be on the subject, written in a friendly way, without excess of familiarity;
- The text accompanying link shall include tags to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Moldova and / or tag to BB-Dialysis;
- Number of persons, from the list of friends, to whom you shared the news;
- Posts shall be checked to be corrected both factually and grammatically and they shall be corrected if mistakes are revealed after they are posted.
- Posts shall not be deleted unless very exceptional circumstances;
- Good quality photographs and videos shall be used, made by the reporter on sites or requested from the organizer.
