During one year, the Chisinau Dialysis Centre served over 20 patients coming from abroad.
If in the past, dialysis-dependent foreigners excluded Moldova as a tourist destination because they couldn’t find here dialysis services corresponding to dialysis centres of their home country, the situation changed after the launching of the BB-Dialysis Centre. This problem was completely solved and now Moldova is known as a country with developed dialysis services.
To become better known to dialysis-dependent patients of other countries, the BB-Dialysis LLC signed a contract with a company specialized in organizing trips for dialysis patients from over 60 countries. Thus, the high quality services provided by Chisinau Dialysis Centres are known to thousands of dialysis dependent patients all over the world.
The first step in this direction has been already made. In February, in Greece, a conference attended by representatives of more than 60 dialysis patients’ associations from different countries was organized. At the conference, Moldova was presented as a tourist destination and a country where you can get dialysis services at the highest level.
Medical services equivalent to European Dialysis centres and Moldovan tourist destinations are complemented by attractive prices for dialysis sessions for persons, who in some countries for the same services pay double or even triple prices.
With the inauguration of Chisinau Dialysis Centre, opened in public-private partnership project for dialysis services, all persons who intend to visit Moldova: whether for vacation, tourism, business or come “home to visit the parents and relatives”, have access to treatment equal to European dialysis centres.
